End of tenancy cleaning starts from £150 for a 1-bedroom property, £175 for 2 bedrooms, £200–£225 for 3 bedrooms, and £250–£300+ for larger homes. All prices are flat rates covering everything landlords and letting agents expect.

We accept bank transfer, credit or debit card, and cash. For regular bookings we invoice after each visit. Full payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

Yes. Every team member holds a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) enhanced disclosure certificate and has been fully vetted. The company holds £5,000,000 public liability insurance for your complete peace of mind.
